While native New Yorkers are shedding layers in response to a recent heatwave, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have proven that celebrities sometimes defy norms by donning oversized outerwear in the scorching 90-degree temperatures during their visit to the Big Apple.
On Tuesday, shortly after Fox revealed her fiery new bob cut crafted by celebrity hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos, the actress was once again seen arm-in-arm with her fiancé as they exited their Tribeca hotel. Both Fox and Kelly opted for autumn-inspired looks instead of summer-approved attire during their outing. Megan went pantsless, sporting an oversized gray blazer paired with thigh-high lace-up snakeskin boots, while MGK (Colson Baker) donned a denim puffer coat and cargo blue jeans.
While Fox's leg-baring ensemble provided some relief from the late summer heat, her beau complemented his denim outfit with a blue-and-white striped T-shirt and matching sneakers. Megan completed her look with a black leather handbag, stacks of silver statement necklaces, black squoval sunglasses, and she ditched her previous forehead fringe, allowing her cherry-red hair to cascade in subtle waves with a middle part.
This isn't the first time Megan has combined a micro-mini hemline with sky-high boots, and it certainly won't be the last. Earlier this summer, she sported a similar silhouette (though she swapped the oversized blazer for a bustier-style cocktail dress) while accompanying Kelly to his Marc Jacques Burton x Machine Gun Kelly event in London. Prior to that, she has styled thigh-skimming boots with everything from sheer sets to form-fitting catsuits.
