Over the weekend, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend commemorated their decade-long wedding anniversary with a romantic vow renewal at the same location where they exchanged their vows for the first time (cue the swooning!). However, Teigen decided to break away from tradition and made a unique fashion choice by donning an enchanting icy blue minidress.
In a series of snapshots shared before the ceremony, Teigen showcased her pre-ceremony excitement in her Lake Como hotel room in Italy. She radiated elegance wearing a silver-blue embroidered dress designed by Georges Hobeika. The dazzling ensemble featured sparkling beaded straps and a flared-out hem. To complete her look, she adorned the micro minidress with diamond drop earrings and strappy blue heels that perfectly matched the outfit. Her shoulder-length brunette locks were styled in a voluminous manner, cascading down with a sweeping side part.
In the caption accompanying the slideshow, Teigen humorously referenced Nicole Kidman's viral AMC Theatres commercial, expressing her belief in the magical nature of the location. However, she playfully mentioned in the comments section that John didn't quite grasp her AMC theater reference, prompting her desire to change the caption as she felt it sounded a bit odd.
Chrissy and John's love story began in 2006 when they first met on the set of John's “Stereo” music video. However, they didn't immediately embark on a romantic relationship. It wasn't until the 2008 Grammy Awards that they made their official red carpet debut as a couple. Three years later, they got engaged, and in September 2013, they tied the knot at a New York City courthouse shortly before their grand Lake Como wedding. Teigen stunned in multiple Vera Wang gowns throughout the celebrations while Legend serenaded her with his heartfelt song “All of Me.”
Fast forward to the present day, and the couple has now reached a significant milestone of 10 years of marriage. They are proud parents to four beautiful children—Luna, 7, Miles, 5, and their adorable newborns Esti and Wren.
