When it comes to Kim Kardashian's fashion sense, she has always embraced the “less is more” approach. Whether it's her Swarovski crystal bra top at Beyoncé's Renaissance concert or her sheer tank top in Japan, Kim is known for her affinity for all things sheer. However, her latest outing surprised everyone with a more conservative look, albeit still stunning (and no, it wasn't her one-of-a-kind 2021 Met Gala ensemble, but it was close).
At Kering's second annual Caring For Women Dinner held at The Pool in New York City, the SKIMS founder turned heads as she resembled an enchanting ice princess. She wore a custom Balenciaga gown—a baby pink, long-sleeve turtleneck dress adorned with crystals and featuring a dramatic train. Kim layered the figure-hugging gown over a skin-tone pantabodysuit and complemented the sparkly ensemble with an array of rings by Lorraine Schwartz and a matching manicure.
For her glamorous look, she styled her waist-length brunette hair in tousled beach waves with a middle part. Her makeup included a sparkling, smoky eye, fluttery lashes, rosy cheeks, and a brown lip liner with a glossy finish.
This appearance came less than 24 hours after she made a statement during New York Fashion Week, proving that a snakeskin leather trench coat can effortlessly transition from day to night. On Monday, she rocked a cherry-red snakeskin trench coat over a black Harley Davidson zip-up hoodie and coordinating wide-leg sweatpants. Later in the evening, she transformed the look for a night out by simply adding a pair of sleek black pointy-toe heels.
